Case studies / Brand strategy
Gahari Foundation
The problem
Gahari Foundation was actively working on environmental protection and preservation of the native Khejri tree across Rajasthan. While the on-ground impact was significant, their digital presence did not reflect the scale of their work.
Limited visibility affected volunteer mobilisation, donor acquisition, and public awareness. Without structured branding and communication, their mission was not reaching beyond existing circles.

Solution
Our approach
We built the foundation’s digital identity from the ground up — aligning brand, communication, campaigns, and community mobilisation into one structured ecosystem.
01
Brand identity development
Designed a professional logo and defined a consistent brand palette to reflect environmental credibility and institutional seriousness.
02
Website creation
Developed a structured website to showcase initiatives, enable donations, and onboard volunteers seamlessly.
03
Content & editorial strategy
Planned educational content, scripted founder-led videos, and structured storytelling around environmental impact and plantation drives.
04
Campaign planning & public visibility
Conceptualised and digitally amplified large-scale plantation initiatives, including the Khejadi Sahejo program, supported by coordinated media outreach.
05
Volunteer & donation funnels
Created lead-generation systems highlighting environmental impact, community participation, and applicable tax benefits to drive structured support.

Outcome
Gahari Foundation is now a recognisable environmental initiative in its region.
- Strengthened digital credibility and consistent brand presence
- Increased volunteer registrations through structured outreach campaigns
- Improved donation inflow supported by clearer impact communication
- Wider public visibility across Rajasthan through coordinated digital and media coverage
“We were doing meaningful environmental work on the ground, but our digital presence did not reflect it. ExpandM helped us structure our identity, website, and communication. The improvement in volunteer participation and donation awareness has been noticeable. Their team understands both branding and execution.”
